I am no longer the only scene kid on my campus!!!!!

Today I was standing in my college's starbucks and was annoyed because they were taking 10 billion years to make my drink, and I heard

"Um...excuse me?" and I looked up

AND THERE WAS AN SCENE GIRL STANDING IN FRONT OF ME

and she goes

"I wanna say, I really like your knee high converse and your Gir hoodie!!!" and it took me 5 seconds to process what was going on (I go to a more conservative college I guess? I mean, we got people with dyed hair but they're not scene/emo)

And I went

"Oh my gosh, thank you!! I love your whole style!!" and she laughed and went

"Thanks!! I have been looking for official knee high converse for my girlfriend, but all the other scene kids got to em' first." and then walked away

I am no longer the only scene kid I know on my college campus ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
