I’m alive

I broke up with my boyfriend today because my obsession with Joan is out of control. After school my teacher took me off the bus because he overheard me wanting to hang myself. The bus left without me because my dad wouldn’t answer my teacher’s calls. I had to wait in the special education classroom with him and a counselor until my dad came.

I will try not to think about hanging myself or slitting my wrists. Also my dad does everything in his willpower for that not to happen. I did punch myself in the face twice. Once at school and once at home. I’m okay now and I’m slowly calming down. Also I can’t go to therapy for personal reasons.

I’m going to take a bath and get into comfortable clothes.
