not even my dad

my best friends dad died 3 years ago, just a little before we met.

idk how to explain it and i hope this makes sense. it just fills me with so much sadness. i never got to meet his dad and like i just love his mom :(. and i wish he could see the person he turned out to be bc hes so awesome. and it makes me sad my best friend is like in pain and i dont even know what to say. ugh i just wish i could make it better for him
