do you see them too?

so, to put this in as short of a format as possible, i see things. things from my dreams that shouldn't be visible in real life. i'm not sure why i see them but how do i make them stop???? i'm putting this in the dreams and supernatural since it relates to my weird dreams lolz

sometimes in my dreams, i see things... they're recognizable pretty fast, I remember them a bit too well for it to be normal. for example,i tend to have bright and colourful dreams and the "shadows" appear as dark, humanoid, unmoving and smudged figures, kinda like they were photographed with a camera underwater. 

the bus that drives me home didn't quite drive me all the way home so I had a lonely 30 minute walk home down a run down road since it was the fastest. i had my headphones on and nothing happened for about the first 20 minutes of walking. i felt watched, so i turned around just to see one of the shadows. it was pretty big, about 2,5m-3m tall and it was about 200m behind me. it wasn't my first time experiencing weird stuff on that specific road. i found multiple dead animals there. once while I was on a walk i SWEAR on my life i felt something grab my hoodie and pull it, pulling my hair too. ( it happened around the same area near an abandoned house). after that i just jogged the rest of the way home and got to safety without any other incidents.

another thing that happened was when I saw sitting in physics. i always sit by windows so i can look out and disassociate. i did that as per usual but when i looked into what was suppised to be an empty classroom i saw something weird. i looked into the class others have religion in (i don't attend it, i'm a satanist myself) and saw something... i looked down to see something staring back at me. it looked human, very pale with black hair and full black eyes. the class should've been empty so it was weird. i don't know what could've looked so much like a human but i was too scared to look away from it. when i looked away from it and looked back it was gone. it could've been a hallucination but it still freaked me out.
