Things I wish you had heard

Let me be the dark that envelops her like a warm blanket in the dead of winter

to be the lullaby that guides her to her slumber amidst all the meaningless murmurs of the world

sheltering her from the blistering, blinding lights of life.

Will she hold my hand as I guide her in,

drawing her deeper into the night's still embrace?

Will she gaze into the abyss with that smile?

Let me consume her from within,

melt and mold her with my own essence,

flesh to flesh,

binding us together as we become one

And within me, she will reside—

a throne for her to rule over

as the monarch of my heart,

and I am its faithful servant.

Her radiance does not falter even within the depth of my darkest part

and with the sparkles of her eyes, we adorn the night sky

Flowers spring from her footsteps and bloom as she walks.

She is my paragon of love,

my Eurydice; I weep.

PS: If you're reading this remember that you're loved

[15/12/23] I just wanted you to know that I finally finished it, look at how much we've improved. I know you'd smile
