Modern houses are disgusting :(

I was scrolling on tiktok when i saw this VERY pretty vintage house like it was gorgeous, the wallpaper and furniture in the before photos were so homey and it reminded me of a storybook (if that makes any sense), it was basically my dream house so this may sound biased. Anyway the last slide took out any of the homes originality, it was so emotionless and sad. Now i wouldn't care if they built a modern house but they ruined this beautiful home with off white paint and fucking marble counters. i know i probably wouldnt be able to buy them when im older anyway but it still hurts ;-;
