Because Writing HTML Is A Whole Damn Harder Than Doing Nothing. #1

We have been watching Azumanga Daioh. I have a huge weakness for graduation scenes in anime. I remember the second cour of Nichijou, where they replaced the sweet bossa nova ending for all these choir recordings of japanese folklore songs, one of those being the song they always play in high school graduations. Its the kind of track that always brings tears to your eyes. My own graduation was very boring and i never got to see anyone who attended it every again. But i still think about what ifs. And how these people are doing. They all probably remember me. Anyways, i dont think i like this show as much as i liked it a decade ago. But i still like the soundtrack.

Everyone says that anime isnt what it used to be, but alas, shows like this exact one still come out every season. Multiple of them, maybe one of these shows is to someone and will keep being something to someone for the next decade just like this one used to be special to a lot of people. There are very few tv shows that truly are 'one of their kind'. I'd like to say Eureka Seven is one of those, but theres countless of other 50 episode epic mecha shows. It is honestly a remnant of what was before. Heck, they dont even let anyone do a 50 episode original tv anime anymore.

I quite like the profiles in this website. The blogging could use some cool themes too, but ill be writing here until i feel like finishing my actual blog.
