new profile layout unlocked

after managing to forget that this website existed for some time (other than logging in-and-out from time to time), i have finally decided to write a custom layout for my profile, heavily inspired (verbatim) off the 2001/05 weather star XL graphics package.

there's still a bit of work needed to be done, however at this point i'd say it's pretty damn accurate.
