glass animals LA 9/14 KIA forum

I saw yet another band I grew up with in concert. I remember listening in 2016, before all this heat waves stuff happened. The first time I got high was to glass animals zaba in my closet at my dads. And I think those who follow me were all kinda the same. Then heat waves happened and everything changed. They put out a new album recently and I recommend all older fans take a look at it, but not for the right reason. Its very mid when listening to it. Its a bit better in concert but still mid.

I was kinda sad when I heard it. Felt like fame changed the band that changed the way i listen to music. I charish Dave for what he was able to make, even in 2020 with dreamland, it still goes hard, despite straying tremendously from their original style. The new album doesn't make you feel the way the others did. It doesn't put you anywhere. It just kinda a pop faux psychedelic identity crisis. And I even heard some kid behind me trashing zaba. >:(

But the concert was amazing they started with life itself and it felt like something from my childhood had been satisfied. The stadium was packed too! The energy was so peak in that moment

This was the set list. Show ponny lost my intrest and I sat down. But jumped back up for take a slice and pork soda. Let me tell you you haven't listened to those songs until you listen to them in a massive collosium venue like KIA or sofi. Shit goes insane. Over all I left so satisfied. It was a childhood concert I didn't mind seeing. I just wish there was more zaba obviously. Dave needs to do a throwback tour.

Also, I was looking for the tour poster and the one I saw was shiny and signed. I was like oh its signed!!! That's amazing and its shiny! Man glass animals really pulls out the stocks. So I bought it thinking it was like 25 bucks or something. Then I walk to another booth and see a normal looking poster going for 25 and I was like wait. Wait wait wait. Another person stopped me cuz they saw that I had the big one and was like WOAH YOU GOT IT????? so. It turns out I accidentally played 135$ FOR A POSTER. AAAAAAAAAAAA. In was like I THOUGHT THAT WAD THE ONLY POSTER AND I DIDNT KNOW I PAYED 135$

So now its on my wall :') and is now the most expensive thing in my room
