the skyrim on the ps3 experience

i got skyrim for the ps3 about 6 months from now, found it in the gamestore, it was my first time playing skyrim or any elder scrolls, i didn't know at the time the awful reputation of the ps3 ports of... pretty much all bethesda games.

somehow i never experienced a single crash or loading screen freeze in my entire first and second playthroughs, i loved the game. i read about that stuff later and i shit you not my game crashed while doing the folgunther dungeon the next time i booted up the game lol.

it only happened to me once more since tho. i suppose it helps i'm playing the patched version on the strongest variant of the ps3, the game is still hella fun and runs kinda smoothly, frame drops happen whenever you cast an expert level spell or a dragon lands near you but they're not too annoying and that's really about it.

people are so right about the loading screens like holy crap they last an eternity sometimes.

i wanted to get oblivion on this device too... then i heard shivering isles was literally unplayable soooo i'm just gonna stick to mouse and keyboard.
