A t-shirt for a plushie

This summer i bought a teeny-tiny t-shirt for my bob velseb plush, and i still haven't figured out what to do with it, other then stitching a new layer on the front since it has a car logo

 and ye lol.

The t-shirt is white, i have a couple of stitches that can be applied by heating them onto the shirt, but im not quite sure yet. 

But i was recently thinking about drawing something on the t-shirt. Any suggestions?
