Hygiene products for MCAS (my experience)

Hi! This is my first disability related post!! Please don't mind the grammar... I'm trilingual so that's my excuse B) So if you haven't seen the post before this one (which you prob haven't) I mentioned that I will make blogs about my health (ehler danlos & MCAS, sometimes mental health) and I will try and make them regularly. This one is about the products I use as a person that is allergic to a million things lol

To start with, I try to use as little skincare as possible, since it makes me break out. If I have to, for example when I'm wearing liquid makeup products, I use the "holika holika aloe 99% soothing gel" and "Eucerin sun kids dry touch SPF 50+" sunscreen on top of it. I can use all powder makeup and only use concealer every now and then, the maybelline instant eraser concealer 121 (I had no idea I bought such a dark one O_O).

I use some kind of curly hair shampoo and conditioner that I don't remember the name of, but it has a brownie smell to it. While I'm washing my hair I mix hair oil into the conditioner so that my hair is smooth and shiny! I use some kind of body wash from Nivea, I think the creme soft? Anyway, it smells nice and works for my body! Doesn't give me a rash :) My deo that I've had for like 2 years is Men cool kick from nivea (again) but next time I buy a deodorant it will be something more vanilla.

PERFUMES ARE MY WORST ENEMY. BUT I found one that WORKS FOR ME?? Crazy 'o' it is from LA RIVE Vanilla touch ⋆˙⟡ extremely cheap (4 dollars) and very mild. Be vary that it is not long lasting at all, but is good if you're sensitive and want a mild vanilla smell!

I don't use any body lotion. All of the cheap ones suck and I'm too scared to spend a sheit ton of money on the expensive ones. But my skin is really soft naturally so it's not a huge problem! I do use a hand creme that is ALSO from Nivea (see a pattern?) and I LOVE IT!! Literally just the Nivea creme in a 30ml tin. Smells yum.

I'm pretty sure that's all! Idk how to edit posts on here but I'll try if I missed something. Oh and I use really soft toothbrushes! Mainly because of my soft and "weak skin"... I have made the mistake of buying a more rough one and I learnt my lesson :.)
