Im actually scared wtf ( tw: school shootings)

I'm rlly scared since I keep having the same dream of a shooting happening and once I wake up after it and go online I get a video or a slides how on tips to survive one. And since there's apparently a 'list' of targeted schools I'm rlly scared , not for me but for my brother and friends and I overheard people saying the school I go to is on the list apparently and I had a breakdown cause I really do not want my brother in my arms. He has autism and rlly cannot take loud noises and with that he's gonna scream alot, I just left my insane ex bf because of him liking alot of school shootings like those colmbeine shooters or that Robb elementary person so that doesn't help at all. I really need help.
