life update

so not been doing to great mentally but at least ive been taking steps towards bettering myself. ive been hanging out with my friends more, trying to be in vc as much as possible when we cant meet in person, ive quit weed cause although it helped me at the start it has been causing me to go into panic attacks as of recent  and if its not doing that its just been making me feel...very alone? idk how to describe the feeling but meh. also my dad went to the hospital and nearly died which really didn't help my mental health but hes out, getting a lot better, and hopefully soon ill be able to tell him im trans cause i already told my mother.
