manifestation methods

HIII, if u r like kinda spiritual or know some manifestation methods plzzzz comment/tell me plz!!

I've been wanting to manifest a couple of things lately but I dont want it to take forever!! ik it takes some time but i also know that certain types of methods can only take up to 1-2 weeks!!
