INSTANT RAMEN TECHNIQUES

first blog and its on insta ramen bro ☠️☠️😭😭😭😭
ngl don't ask me to cook. i barely know what i'm doing and i might just poison you. BUT put me infront of a pot of boiling water and hand me a packet of instant ramen and the power to materialise any ingredient out of thin air and i might just have to make banquets for the president.
here's a few beautiful techniques i have created while spending meticulous hours in the lab:

1. AL DENTE ON TOP

i think this is bad for you (because its not actually fully cooking the ramen) BUT i have a real likening to crunchy things. so if you like crunchy things and instant ramen, boil your instant ramen for about 1-2 minutes on high heat. for visual aid, you want to press the block/brick/lump of ramen down with whatever you're stirring with (if u have something to stir with) and see the individual strands begin to break off. if it feels rubbery underneath the cooking utensil, you're prolly good fr.

2. DRY TS OUT
is it just me or do you ever finish instant ramen and feel guilty for your liver after drinking the soup because of that shocking salt intake? well you can't extract salt but you CAN feel less guilty by putting the seasoning in after draining da ramen. don't put it all in at once though, distribute it. the seasoning sachets are very sensitive to moisture and it will all stick to that one patch of ramen if not distributed carefully. i personally like to open a small hole in the corner of the sachet and tap some seasoning out all over the ramen, then stir a little. this way you can distribute the seasoning on as much ramen as possible giving it a consistent taste

3. CHEESE

put cheese in it. grated/sliced cheese works best but if you're all out of options i suppose you could use a block of cheddar. and remember, put a bit in, then stir, till no cheese is left. the same result applies here -  a consistently cheesy taste in the ramen. if your favourite flavor is seafood, i cannot speak on results as im not really a seafood instant ramen typa guy (i fw chicken and beef heavy tho) but give it a try if it sounds interesting.

4. PUT MORE STUFF IN IT
if you got leftover chicken or pork or fish or whatever and you think itd go well with the ramen, SEND IT BRO. just use less ramen seasoning so that the msg is not that overpowering. also if u have chilli oil or the like put that in don't be a baby lol

so that's what i've discovered an shit, lmk if u fw any of these strategies because i can't cook for the life of me. (other than a mean fried rice)
