people moving to tokyo early next year?

This page will be 16+ preferably just because I'm going to college soon and probably won't relate super heavily to those just starting high school. Not a DNI by any means lol　but it would be nice to meet people in a similar situation to me if possible ( ‘-‘)σｷﾐ
