Do yall believe in the soul?

For some reason ive been having daily existential dread about death for trhe past few months and to cope ive been reading a bunch of stuff from NDEs and r/Afterlife. Just wondering what whoever's reading this thinks about the concept of a soul and afterlife. I mean personally i think that it doesnt make sense that we are existing now if we didnt exist before we were born. Like how tf could i of just started existing and seeing all this shit i musta been somewhere else before. Anyway thats just my opinion but i wanna hear yours.
