i mean, there's the layouts tab (https://layouts.spacehey.com/), all you need to do is paste the code into your about me or who i'd like to meet and it appears!
if you wanna make your own from scratch, i was able to do that on my old account just using pieces of code from https://hessostrange.neocities.org/HTML%20Group/spacehey-main-codes or just taking them from pre-existing layouts
learning css would be a good idea just so you can understand it better, but not really required if you just mess around and see what works and what you need to change
