Ingredients -1 roll of puff pastry -Pudding - blueberries -1 egg yolk
Instructions Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius Roll up the puff pastry, cut out large circles. Cut out some of the circles again in a smaller shape for the edge. Place the edge on the „base" and brush with egg yolk. Bake for approx. 10-12 mins. Leave to cool and in the meantime prepare the pudding according to the instructions. Leave the pudding to cool. When don’t cooling assembly by adding pudding and topping it off with blueberry (optional y you can make a blueberry jam, sauce or compot to add to the bottom before you put the pudding in).
