I actually finished this entry yesterday but it didn't post and I lost all my writing so I am rewriting (no makeup entry though sorry)! As you may know, two days ago I got my testosterone shot with my monkey pox shot, all in the same arm. Honestly, the information online said that I would experience soreness and a bump perhaps in that spot but I hadn't really experienced anything for the first 24 hours! After thirty hours, the spot was a bit warm but nothing seemingly remarkable. I think at most, I developed a sore under my tongue from the virus being fought by my immune system. In fact, I went to the gym yesterday and exercised just fine and felt no fatigue or soreness or anything of the like. I actually felt so fine that I was able to raise the weights a level more than I normally go for and also try out a new machine, which I am frankly quite happy about. Today, however, my biceps and shoulders on both arms were feeling quite sore, though my tongue sore has healed a bit. You could think that maybe the soreness is from the shots I got, but I don't think so considering I got them both in the same arm. It is likely the machine I tried yesterday at the gym considering the fact that it was a bit weird to try out (as I had admittedly never tried it). It's actually quite difficult to reach my back due to the soreness and also a tad numb as a side effect from the soreness. It is a little irritating but it should be over soon since it mostly just takes some rest and the like. Before you suggest painkillers, I have refused to take them for a long time as they don't particularly impact me! It would make my life a lot easier if I could pop a Tylenol and the pain would subside or something but that is genuinely not the case for me! (09/07/2024) — Mars ᓚᘏᗢ |
