I feel worried alot

A church friend I only have is in the hospital because apparently she thought I died but I took a break from church after a failed attempt of unaliving and she attempted to cause she rlly cares abt me now I feel like I'm at fault cause I don't text her that much abt how I am cause I say things out of hand but I'm rlly worried about her safety
