hello!! new blog woah. . .
yesterday was Friday[金曜日(still learning my days of the week :*)]!! and after school, my sisters, my sister's friend, my mom + i went shopping :D
it was quite fun. . . i'm usually not the biggest fan of shopping, because of sensory issues, but it wasn't so bad :)
best part was - by sheer coincidence - my friend had to get her prescription updated on her glasses, putting her in the same place i was going, so we got to meet up!!! :D we don't get to see eachother much, because we live so far away from eachother, so it was so cool to see her ^^ we hung out in CEX (a second-hand games/DVD/tech shop in the UK + Ireland) and looked around!! we saw an LPS Wii game that tempted me. . . but i don't have a Wii, or a Wii U, so there was little point xdd - but it still looked super intriguing. . . alas, i managed to snag Tamagotchi Connextion (nope, that's not a typo!!) - Corner Shop, for the DS!! :D since i have a 3ds, i was excited to find it. . . and my obsession for Tamagotchis has been ongoing for so long. . .
i haven't played it yet, maybe i should make a whole blog about it? would you guys like to see that?? :0

you know what else?!! my friend gave me a Kandi bracelet that SHE MADE HERSELF!!! omg, this is my prized possession now. . . she's way too sweet - i begged her to let me buy her something, but she wouldn't let me >:( + she had to go back to her mom, and i had to go see mine, for food :(( but i'm so glad we got to hang out, she's so awesome!!!

before going to Easons (an Irish-owned book + stationary company, with shops in the UK + Ireland), my mom told me that one of my old childhood friends had given me an Easons gift card worth €25, for my 13th birthday, and my mom never gave it to me...? xdd
anyways, i chose Jujutsu Kaisen; Vol. 2, with €12 still left on the card - i was thinking about getting Ready Player One, because i've heard good things, but i wanted to do more research first :*)

i also picked up some black nail polish. . . i was never really a nail polish kinda guy, but i think it might be fun to experiment :)
the first time i tried to pay for the nail polish, it fell out of my hands and rolled under a display :*)) i had to pay for the rest of my stuff, because the person behind the desk was calling me over, and leave it behind - sigh - i was so embarrassed. . .
later on, i asked my sister to go back in to get another for me, because i was mortified from dropping the last one 0///0...

since it was my sister's birthday on the 3rd, we had some cake my mom and sisters made!! i felt a bit sick, so i didn't have some at first, but it was super tasty, when i did try it!! :Dthat's pretty much all for now!! thank you for reading :)

i love CeX!! i visit quite frequently because there's one near where my bf lives :DD i actually visited on Sunday and somehow managed to tear myself away without buying anything that time (but i did nearly buy a mr men dvd haha). also i love that you found a tamagotchi DS game! i'm interested to know what that's like, might add it to my collection too :) i had a LPS DS game i loved as a kid and i still need to track it down so i can have it again!
awh, that's so awesome :D CEX is such a treasure, i'm so lucky to have one not too far away!! owh woah!! i could never leave without looking at something, looking in my wallet, and sighing xdd - and mr. men is peak, you're strong for not caving, lmao
the tamagotchi game is very simple, kinda like a minigame collection - it's super cute, though!! definitely a fun little timekiller + super charming :)
the LPS games look so cute!!! the DS ones especially!!! i'll have to give them a shot xdd

◡̈ OOOOOOOH i love CEX stores :’) that game looks SO AWESOME I’m adding it to my wishlist rn. !! I haven’t purchased any new 3/DS games in a while since i plan on modding it soon^_^ and I highly recommend investing in a Wii !! they’re totally worth it imo, anyway I’m glad you had a good time & i enjoyed reading about it!!!<3 (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

real. . . the vita just came out at a bad time - when the first iPhone was being introduced, and mobile gaming was becoming more appealing :*)
it truly got overshadowed and it sucks to see

same here!! i find them very cash-grabby and repetitive. . . overall, poorly made (at least, most of them) + i HATE HATE HATE touch controls forever

CAKE YAYAYAY what kind was it??
i knoww!! made me think about the old owner a bit :*) did they lose interest in Tamagotchi...? were they struggling for money...? did they sell their DS along with this...? is this some kids' game that their parents sold...? so many possibilities xdd
it was chocolate biscuit cake!! :D but it had Maltesers + off-brand Twix in it too :)
