Embarrassing

I'm volunteering at a concert rn and I'm getting the worst second-hand embarrassment from the artist. Don't get me wrong, I think small artists are usually so cool for getting up on stage even when there's only 5 people in the crowd and giving it their all. These dudes however... 

When we were setting up, they kept insisting we put crush barriers in front of the stage and next to the stage entrance so the artists could get up to the stage safely. I told him we don't do that, because we're literally not allowed to, and also because it's never been necessary. We've had big ass bands and artists in our venue, and it has never been a problem, so I don't really think Mr. 32 tickets pre-sale is gonna get crushed by fans. They've been mopey all day, complaining to each other about the price for playing there and everything, generally being insufferable. 

They're on stage right now and there's 11 people in the crowd. Guy said "Let me hear you guys!" and NOBODY responded. I love karmic justice so much. That's what you get for being a bighead lmfao.
