This place seems way nicer than other social media

I can't quite put a finger on it but the vibes here are way more positive than instagram, twitter, etc. People seem to be nicer to each other and it feels like a more welcoming space. Maybe it's because of how those platforms have algorithms that encourage you to get mad so you'll stick around longer and engage with the content more (not to mention all the ragebait). I think the profile customization helps in a weird way too, because it gives people more freedom to express themselves. All in all, it's pretty cool here. Hopefully I'll stick around ^.^
