Welp having a hard time maintaining relationships

Kinda really been in tough situation lately , with some of my loved ones getting annoyed at me and even left me for some days 

🥹🥹I kinda trying my hard to upskill and get a good job but thats just interfering with the people i wanna spend my time with 

I don't know to manage my time , im a lazy person 

Im trying my hardest too but i just fail to show love and now im just being sad and broken
