Remember to practice to regulate your breathing. Tuck yourself cozy under your blanket and hold your pillow close. Do the 54321 methods when you slowly feel the urge coming.
If all else fails, don't push yourself too hard for it. There's always tomorrow, you'll get it right eventually! One day you'll forget to keep streaks of it because you'll be freed.
