When I look upon the sky I see your face,
In the eyes of my beloved I feel your grace,
As the birds cry out I hear your providence,
It's been so long I need no evidence,
The one who they call One, I know it to be true
Treading through the mountain dew,
I glimpse upon your beauteous craigy peaks,
Atop I look down and see your lovely creeks,
Yet this is but one of One, and not the All,
I wander to the waterfall,
Awash in the fruits of your nurture,
I have always been your searcher,
Long I searched, high and low,
At last I learned the truth, what a blow,
Such a simple thing, I must admit,
But I won't cry no not a bit,
For now I know, now evermore,
I'll never forget no nevermore,
In my dear love's beautiful eyes,
Your eternal love forever cries,
In critter small, and beast so large,
From that point on, I've taken charge
No longer wanton, in mind so cruel
In everything, the perfect jewel
So I descend from this mountain respite,
Mind no longer ruled by a despot,
I stub my toe, the truth is clear
I'll go to the pub and have a beer,
Sit myself down, I'll have a think,
A smile appears, as I sip this drink,
That wheatish brew stirs thoughts of you,
One, two, three more till I had a spew,
Queasy, hunched over a golden sink,
It's never as easy as we'd like to think;
So be it.
