So as of recent I kinda just came to terms with what happened between me and a person I used to know And I just wanna keep my mind off of the whole thing to avoid thinking on it too much So does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do for now?

Any tips for like finally moving on from someone like any suggestions on things I should do?

I know avoidance is tempting, but the next time those feelings come back after not thinking of them for awhile catches you off guard. It doesn't feel great but I think just letting yourself feel miserable as you need to is a necessary poison. Handling it as it comes is better than being surprised later on is better long term.
