September 3rd

Labor day at my grandmother's went well! I stayed pretty out of the way as I wanted to avoid my young cousins. But the food was good and I'm glad I got to see my grandma. I should probably call her when I get home.

Well today also was like an overall net positive or however you say it. I've been more chatty with staff and overall a bit more friendly. Think it's paying off, more people are like talking to me. It's been nice, I'm definitely gonna continue on like this. Last year I was pretty shut off so it'll take a while to correct that.

Oh! And I saw and talked to Soph at lunch, our tables are next to eachother. Had a nice chat about Glee! Reminded me to keep watching it. I had stopped at one point, can't recall why. Wel regardless of the reason, it never occurred to me to turn it back on the next day. Soph's such a sweetheart, hope she's attending school tomorrow. I'd love to talk to her at lunch again.

I'm still in the car but when I get home my plan is: Call grandmother and have a brief conversation. Turn Glee on at a low volume and get on the phone one of my friends. Once that fizzles out draw or do a wordsearch while I watch TV. Maybe once it gets darker outside go on a walk.
