idk how to start this...

I guess an introduction would be in order for anyone just stumbling across this.

Hello! I'm Bisa, 24, german, non-binary transfem, and probably many more other funny labels that would say just as much about me as they wouldn't. I guess what's important for my presence here is that I was born in that sweet-spot transitional time between Millennials and Zoomers, where, having gone on the internet early in my life, I grew up with what many consider the "old internet", but was never in a spot to actually interact with it. Forums were about as far as I got, but the actual level of engagement was rarely more than surface level.

Having found this place, especially in wake of Twitter doing... what it's been doing, it really seems like a breath of fresh air, and like a great chance for me to live what I missed out on, while also finally having the kind of space for blogging I always wished I could have (especially since tumblr has also been moving away from that format).

Did I fall for nostalgia bait? Maybe. But it really seems like there's something here, and even if there isn't, I still got a kick out of it, and got to be part of something cool.
