For almost a week now i keep experiencing this feeling of deja vu during the most absurd moments. For example, while i was scrolling on tiktok I felt like 10 of the tiktoks i scrolled past were things i saw before in the exact, exact order. I also got it while i was cooking and this morning i felt it while waking up. It is lowkey making me really paranoid ngl lol but it is also so exciting. I cant wrap my head around it, it all feels like i am in a dream experiencing things over and over again

do u usually have problems with disassociation / derealization?
ummm not that i know of..? i do tend to space out often but i wouldn't call it derealisation since im aware of my surroundings.
