Aaand this is a blog!

So, this is the blog feature of spacehey. I gotta say it's pretty great. I'm digging the whole "The Facebook 2006" vibe it has. I really like that things are fast, crisp, and clear on this site. Goes to show that there are a LOT of people who still prefer this over bloated shit like what Facebook is now. This feels honest. This feels real. I think those two things are really important. It's not easy to find a large scale project like this that is both successful and feels good.

Facebook has been involved in too many controversies. When I log on to Facebook in 2024 I feel like I'm using an app that's trying its best to stay relevant. Even though the UI looks modern, the content of Facebook is just the same trash that has been brewing there since late 2012.

Twitter feels like I'm using dirty Elon's app. But hey, the tech side of things keeps me interested in using it.

I use Instagram the most these days because that's how I stay in touch with my friends.

And Whatsapp of course for having texting conversations with everyone.
