am i fricked?

I absolutely ate shit on my skateboard and fucked up my foot but i really want to go to school tomorrow cause maybe if i get perfect attendance and grades this year my mom might say yes to me getting a septum piercing- should i accept my fate and stay home tomorrow or try to thug it out?
