Detroit-style pizza, in Detroit :) it's been nice to see it on the rebound lately, coming to downstate Michigan is, ironically for a lot of people, a breath of fresh air 💚 (the pizza was very messy,but very good!!!)

is that jets? im from michigan and i get them all the time, its so good. have you ever tried buddys pizza?
Yep!! Coming from Bavaria and then up north in Michigan, it's my first time trying Jets. I heard it was originally based in Detroit and not knowing many "Smaller" pizza joints from the area I thought it wouldn't hurt to start there!! lol :) Next time I go, I would love some smaller pizza joint recommendations if you're at all familiar with Detroit!! Otherwise, I don't think I've heard of Buddy's
Are they pretty good? I'll have to keep that in mind for my next visit!

I'd def recommend Buddy's Pizza. They are pretty known in the area and I think they have some of the best deep dish pizza. I wish I had more places to recommend, but Jets and Buddy's are the main places I go to for pizza lol.
