Hey Siri, is it legal to waterboard a specific teacher?

So. School. Just started school again and oh boy, it has been quite a roller coaster. I didn't get the bio teacher I wanted so that was fun! And then, when my schedule dropped, I found out I had the most heinous teachers known to mankind. YUH!! WHY. WHY MUST I SUFFER FOR THE HAPPINESS OF OTHERS!>!WIUJK 

My Latin teacher.... oh my God. My Latin teacher.... someone needs to save me from her. PLEASE. I pray in every one of her lessons that they end with a bullet through my head. I love Latin, it's kinda fun, BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE A TOTAL JERK ABOUT IT THEN I DON'T THINK I LIKE YOU VERY MUCH. WHY CAN'T I LEARN IN PEACE?
