I want a girlfriend so bad bro

I am most definitely sapphic, still questioning bi or lesbian, but for now labeled lesbian. the thing no one tells you about being a teen and queer is how hard it is to have teen relationships (especially since I go to a CATHOLIC SCHOOL). I have a pretty nice friend group of other LGBTQ+ people but I wouldn't consider most of them as possible partners. there's a girl I think I'd like to get closer to (she's in my friend group) but I was told shes still questioning her sexuality and I really don't wanna rush that. like- since I first saw her I thought she was so pretty and I love her blonde, slightly faded hair color and and how she wears it half up half down all the time and her eyes and personality and I get so nervous around her its just AAAAA but I don't wanna make things weird or rush her.. what do I do :,,,(
