wtf with the Arkham Knight's suit?

So, i'm gonna asume you already clicked in here because you know at least a little something about the Arkham Knight (i might be a bit obsessed with Jason but all i have is a general idea of this era of him so i won't explain much).

My brain is kind of weird as in: i need like a weekly obsession to survive my everyday, so this week's topic is that fucking suit. Like... At least in the video games it looks fucking heavy, specially the chest part.

And i'm not directly concerned with how heavy it might be because we already know Jason is buff as fuck, that's obvious. My main concern here is... what is the suit made of? i already revised many photos of the suit in the videogames, in the comics and in the figures as this one above the text. I saw a comment in Pinterest saying that most of the suit was made/connected by wires, but i'm not sure of how real that might be, what i know is that he might have a lot of layers under that, because i've been thinking that a harness is ideal to hold that much weight and make it so that it adjusts Jason's figure.

Therefore my hypothesis is that underneath the suit he wears idk basic clothes, plain shirt and maybe leggings to say anything. Then on top of those clothes theres the harness of the lower part of the suit: the pants, that as i said helps the pants to actually suit him... -idk if i'm making any sense, hopefully i do-

I was thinking something similar to what these guys use to hang from the ceiling, but instead of the ceiling it's just Jason's hips ( o,o)

So there are parts of the shoulders/chest, it seems that there's more equipment and more underneath it, but it's so curious because in the cutscenes and in pictures in general, there's so little at sight, just a tiny peek of what the space between his neck and his shoulder are, and as I say, that looks very layered still. So again, I feel like he might also use a harness for that part, than a leggings-like cloth that unites the base of the armor, that sectorizes where the heavy armor clings to, and maybe most of the design is just to aesthetically comply the sight of the game... that maybe some things are just there to fill the design of his character, but here I'm just taking into account what looks "movable".

So this is all I've made sense of, the he might use harnesses under his suit and that there are a lot of layers... so anyway, if anyone that stumbles across this blog reads it through here, comment if you know anything else besides what I assumed, I'll edit and update it if anyone does add.
