All days are different.

Some days I have the kitchen perfectly kept up, there will be no dirty dishes on the counter and the fridge is organized and stocked up.

Some days you can tell I've been depressed. There's dishes in the sink, I'm out of my favorite beverages, and the microwave is the only appliance going.

Both days I need to be kind to myself.

Some days my room is spotless, the bed is made and my clothes are all clean. Other days there's dirty clothes scattered, I have clutter on the bed, and I need to wash my bedding.

Both types of days I need to be good to myself.

Some days I'm super happy and talkative. I'll play my video games, eat a nice meal, and goof off with my pets. Some days I can't even get out of bed, much less tell someone I'm not having the best day mentally.
