how to add your own category to the interest's tab!

i havent stumbled upon any posts abt this yet so i thought i'd share!

To add your own category to the intrests tab you just have to put this 

<tbody>

            <tr>

              <td>

                <p>name of category

              </p></td><td>

                <p>

 content   </p></td></tr></tbody>

in the section that come before where you would want your new section to be!
