two weeks later...

Anyway, yes it's been a couple of weeks since I bestowed another blog for your eyes. So here you go...

I have been going through demos that were created since last September (!) and proceeded to weed the "eh" from the "oh yeah". I even composed a couple of new tunes recently. My brain is on cruise control but at the same time, knows where it's going.

This does NOT mean I am going to find new musicians and start rehearsals for my tenth album (!!) If anything, I am still not in the right head space to do anything musical, aside from if/when Rock Hard does a gig. I've never felt so underwhelmed in my life regarding music. I am inspired to create. But after that, I simply lost the drive. It will return, not sure when. And I won't/can't force it either. When the muse taps me on the shoulder, I will heed the call.

Right now I'm happiest teaching music and guitar/bass. And petting my three cats Linus, Lyra, and Jinx.

So I'm in no rush at all.
