I will be rating it and it does include my yapping ;b I graded it on how many features there are (If it can directly connect to spotify when you're logged in, if you can choose how many tracks there are etc etc)
Spotalike
Creates a playlist based on a song
7/10 - definitely could be better. Doesn't work on Firefox sometimes, but it does work on chrome. Some of the song recommendations (to me) are a little wack. But I to like how it tells you exactly how many tracks and how many hours it is like an actual spotify playlist. it does also tell you how long each track is, you can also directly save it to spotify if you're logged in.
MagicPlaylist
Create a playlist based on a song and mood
9/10 - it was kinda hard to rate this. Some of the recommendations are a little whack but they give off the same vibes sometimes. But it does also let you create a playlist based on mood and genre. There's different categories in the "create by mood" section. I selected chill and jazz and i got songs that I do actually like. It does also let you tweak it by indie to mainstream, cheerful to moody and so on. Just like spotalike this also has the option to directly save to spotify if you're logged in. UNLIKE spotalike you can choose if you want the playlist to be private or public AND you can also name it before spotify connects to it :D
Dubolt
Creates a playlist based on song or artist
10/10 - Probably my favorite so far just because of how much you can do. You can choose to create a playlist based on a song or artist, some recommendations are whack but that's a given for these things. You can choose the max amount of tracks (5-100). Can also tweak recommendations by tempo, mood etc. It can also connect to spotify, you can choose if it'll be public or private, you can also name it before spotify connects to it, and you can also choose if it's collaborative. Once you connect it to your spotify account there are options to combine artists you've recently listened to. You can combine 1-5 artists and songs to make your playlist.
Creates a playlist between two artists
6/10
- Maybe my least favorite. You can't choose how many tracks there are,
and it couldn't find artists like Teddy Hyde, Jazmin Bean, and Penelope
Scott which is a huge bummer. You can't name it until after you already connected
the playlist, and you can't choose if it'll be private or public. There
just aren't many options, to me at least. But overall it still works and
it does give a smooth enough transition between 2 artists. Also I like
the name.
