I decided to lower my dose on my bipolar meds...

I lowered the dose of specifically my mood stabilizers because I tried the new dose of them for 3 weeks and the side effects were absolutely HORRIFIC to the point where I'd almost rather be crazy.

Wish me luck and hopefully things will not spiral out of control

For whatever reason I have bad reactions to high doses of medication EXCEPT for freaking Ritalin and thyroid meds and it makes no sense LOL
