(i use these for neocities junk, but i'm sure you can use a lot of them on here too!)

catbox.moe - pawsome and reliable file hosting site, up to 200 mb uploads 

dokode.moe - add a cool winamp to ur site!

imood.com - cute little mood updater thing, can add to ur site! 

thefanlistings.org - search fandoms by category, get cute buttons and graphics for ur fandoms!

kaomoji.ru - my fave kaomoji site everrr

rgba color picker - self explanatory, also has hex colour 

css gradient - helps you make a css style gradient pattern! 

webring list - self explanatory (i also use this webring list!)

sadgrl - a classic site; make buttons, make ur own site layout, html/css guides, etc!

pixelsafari - graphics utopia!

button wall - self explanatory

scripted - SO many codes and resources to make ur site cuter!!

css flexbox guide - self explanatory, really helpful cus it has pictures!

adilene.net - hella resources for layouts, css/html, and graphics

cyberfrog- a bunch more web resources :P
