i recently just did my first all nighter with a friend (lasted until 7am hehe) and it was rly fun except for the final hour when time slowed down to like 0.125x speed and muscles began contracting and the room became super cold???
y'know it's funny that i've never done that before bc as much as i am a night person (always <3) i do not like to stay up late on school nights. mostly just out of fear that i might be groggy the next day.
most medical/pediatric sources i've seen recommend teens 7-9 hours of sleep
and i'm like???
9 HOURS?????? dude
if i sleep over 6 hours i feel like shit
...

...
maybe that's a problem...
oh well, its not that my schedule is gonna get a lot more cramped right????
