working on a fantasy//horror story

So, I'm working on a fantasy horror story.

But I don't know what media to put it in. I'm torn between like, a webcomic, a story, or whatever else • ⌓ •

The bare bones story is basically a team of scientists & researchers are in a deep sea lab to study, collect samples of local fauna, and get notes on the habits and anatomy of different creatures. But everything that can go wrong, goes wrong. It starts with small things that wouldn't be noticeable if the team wasn't watching and taking notes. Rocks moved, deep ridges appearing in boulders and in the sand, looking like impossibly large claw marks. And then huge shadows start appearing, swimming across the observatory's glass. 

And so on and so forth. The team is hunted and terrorized by impossibly large fantastical beings with ill intent. Does anyone have any thoughts on what media I might be able to use? Thoughts or ideas for said story? Thank you <3
