Thoughts?

So like how does one stop having parasocial relationships with people youll never meet is there like i pill i can take because ive spen the last hour looking at kpop fanfiction and giggling like bitch these are grown men who probably dont wipe their ass correctly or only shower twice a week. Very humbling expirience. But like if maturing doesnt work anyone got any tips on bagging their celebrity crush that is also 9 to 34 years older than you (lets pretend this is a normal thing to say).
