Homunculus ;; ending ┐(シ)┌

(this may be a bit graphic, but none of it is real it's just a manga) 

That was insane

and I don't mean it in a good way or a bad way it was just insane

The art is incredible I mean I don't get how Yamamoto draws such surreal things, I could never

The ending was so weird too, he reunites with the one girl who in the past saw past his "ugliness". He asked if she would finally ''see" him again and after she saw proof that he could see humunculi (or rather, into peoples hearts) she believed it and said she would see him. 

She before was able to see into peoples hearts (see their humunculi) and Nakoshi knew of this but she couldn't see them anymore and so he DRILLED A HOLE INTO HER HEAD AT A HOTEL (the hole relieves pressure on the brain and gives them a "6th sense")... he bandaged her up and left her to sleep in the hotel, leaving her with a note that told her he would be waiting for her eating in the hotel.

it then shows him sitting and waiting for her, and her in bed while the blood seeps through the bandage and THAT IS NOT MEANT TO HAPPEN

While he is sitting at the table he gets asked to leave because he is somehow making everyone uncomfortable ??? He just laughs hysterically like a crazy man and leaves

then he starts seeing his face in everyone (not to mention he also saw his face on the girl, and once the hole was drilled into her head she saw her face on his). It shows him walking up to random people in the street with his face and confronting them for like their insecurities like some sort of psychic and he ends up solving a couples problems in only a few seconds.

THEN IT SHOWS HIM IN A CAR AND THE MEDICAL STUDENT WHO STARTED THE WHOLE "DRILLING HOLES INTO HEADS GIVE YOU A 6TH SENSE" THING RUNS UP TO HIS CAR LIKE "I finally found you!" AND HE ENDS UP ASKING HIM IF HE WILL BE THE ONE WHO "SEES" HIM 

they're hugging and I think the medical student guy says yes AND THEN NAKOSHI PULLS OUT A DRILL AND DRILLS INTO HIS HEAD WHILE THE MEDICAL STUDENT DUDE IS SAYING ''I'm sorry" and crying...

ALSO NOT TO MEANTION, Nakoshi the main character takes off his hat and you see he is bald and has more holes drilled into his head

after he drills the hole into the dudes head he steps out the car and theres a group of people who look just like him who are like ''Yo Nakoshi'' and then it just ends...
