really disappointed to me. idk how ı imagine but not like this ı know characters re minor but they look even more younger than they should be and colourless headspace looks so dead to me. hands looks sloopy. and omori and sunny looks same and aurbeys Pink hair so important to me bc she s dyed for mari. artstyle dont suit to omori ı think. ı dont think omori as a manga would be good. manga never felt same with game. ı think manga made for Just money but if ıt had to happpen, spinoff or novel something we couldnt see in game would have been great and rumors about omocat being shotacon is true? ı didnt hear in my life about Nui Konoito(artist of omori manga) is omori their first manga? thankss for reading btw

Okay so uhhh I have a lot to say, sorry this is so long nyan:
1. I agree, I feel like a manga doesn't suit the Omori storyline - I know it started as a series of short comic strips (where some of the lewd jokes happen btw), but it only truly works with video game mechanics as a whole.
2. Just like the point before, I also don't really think a novel would work either - I read both the manga and novel versions of Yume Nikki and I'm pressed to say that this type of work only works as a video game.
3. About Omocat being a shotacon - the reason why these allegation happened was because she made many jokes about lewd things with minors (literally making masturbation jokes in the original Omori short comics) + making merch with the word plastered on it (she kept claiming that Shota is "not-exclusively erotic" but... the literal definition is "Shotacon, abbreviated from Shōtarō complex, is, in Japanese contexts, the attraction to young boy characters, or media centered around this attraction."):
But also admits that it's weird to normal people (I wonder why):
+ made merch of just,,, really weird art that was labeled as Futoshi & Fudanshi (AKA term for people who fetishize gay relationships):
I don't think I ever seen her address any of that properly, plus some current fans say she says weird stuff about little boys in streams BUT cannot confirm since I don't watch her vtuber stuff.
4. Yep, seems like it's the only work by Nui Konoito!!
Seems like they're a twitter artist with a decent following, but doesn't seem like they worked on any big projects such as this, so I understand that maybe with a tight schedule, even if their art was good would create a lot of mistakes. (tho personally I don't like the art style at all, to each their own)

ı didnt know yume nikki has a novel and manga ı dont wanna read bc ı dont want ıt lose its mysterious atmosphere.

OH I haven't read anything Witch's House related so far!! So far the only novels I liked are the Ao Oni ones (still,,, halfway through volume 2 oop)
