Mingze is apart of a AU where xiao dies, and he was born aroumd the time his adepti pops died.. so he never got to actually meet him. Because of that, mingze doesnt exactly know adeptal magic and such, he has tried in the past but he never seemed to get it right.. he considers himself more human because of that, but because he also doesnt deem himself worthy enough to be called such a thing. He is more human than mythical creature.

He also was born with asthma, and has to carry an inhaler and medicine around

Mingze holds a sensitivity to nature like his dad, which helps him cause reactions with his geo vision at any time. He prefers to use his vision to make barriers and stop his enemies attacks rather than strike back

He has a scar on his face, from a small accident that kazuha caused when he was but a small toddler. You dont hold a baby AND A SWORD at the same time kazuha,tsk tsk.. new parents am i right? He also learned swordplay and black smithing from kazuha, he even thought about working as a black smith when he was in his teens, but fate had other plans it seemed.

At around twenty he somehow signed into the millelith and got a job there, serving for a few years before being placed in the spot of being a secretary for ningguang, maybe abit thanks to ganyu ty aunty!

At those times tho, ningguang was old and needed to retire, and so she did and left mingze as the next tiannquan, for the next few years hed be working hard on trying to do his job well with the high expectations the citizens and himself have placed on him

Tho during a visit with his dad in inazuma at a friend called kiyoshi around his late 30-early 40s(wanderer WOOO WANDERER CAMEO WE R SO COOL), he asks castor, kiyoshis kid, at a fair duel, and he gets killed on accident. Kiyoshi found the kids at just the time where mingze was bleeding out, mingze tried to explain to kiyoshi it was his idea to duel and that it was an acident. Kiyoshi tries to get his husband to get kazuha at the scene, but when he arrives mingze is already dead.

Kazuha, mortified, runs to his son and hugs him, hugs him as he can still feel the slight warmness in his body, barely there... and then it didapears. Now knowing he has lost two people he cares deeply about.
